This week we have finally merged the migration PR and now we have yaus frontend integrated with the monorepo, additionally now its in an excellent place for the volunteers to start contributing to the frontend.
I have started working of adding link-expiry management this is a long pending feature which needs few design decision to be made, This week went in researching the best way to implement this feature and creating a draft PR
Identifying the placed in yaus codebase where HLD(High Level Design) is not followed and fixing them.
This week my major learning was about various tradeoffs one has to make while implementing and being aware about that tradeoff is very important.Once such feature was link-expiry where we want to tradeoff precision over CPU and Memory usage.
